Exchanges

Thank you, for your purchase, however due to Covid-19 we are unable to process exchanges at this time.

Returns

Used or damaged products due to customer’s negligence cannot be returned. Sasha’s Shapewear will only offer return or exchange for a new product if deemed company is at fault only if customer was sent the wrong product. 

 

Lost or Stolen Shipment 

If your product fails to arrive or you suspect it was stolen before you received the package, you can contact SashasShapewearCS@yahoo.com to assist, however we are not responsible for missing packages

Refunds

No Refunds- all sales are final
